1. Inizia versando l’acqua a temperatura ambiente nella caldaia della Moka e riempila fino al livello della valvola di sicurezza. Non superare tale livello per evitare di ottenere un caffè troppo acquoso.
2. Adesso scegli la miscela di caffè macinato che preferisci. Attenzione! La miscela dovrà avere una macinatura specifica per Moka, non troppo fine. Riempi generosamente l’imbuto della Moka, senza pressare il caffè.
3. Un piccolo segreto? Regola il fuoco al minimo e prenditi tutto il tempo necessario; per gustare un ottimo caffè vale la pena di aspettare qualche minuto in più. Quando il caffè sarà completamente salito nel raccoglitore, spegni il fuoco.
4. Ora il momento cruciale: il gusto. Per assaporare al meglio tutti gli aromi sprigionati, ti consigliamo di bere il caffè appena versato nella tazzina.
