1. Start by pouring the water at room temperature into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level if you want to avoid getting a watery coffee. 2. Now choose the ground coffee blend of your choice. Attention! The mixture must have a specific grinding for Moka, not too fine. Fill the Moka funnel generously, without pressing the coffee. 3. A little secret? Set the flame to minimum and take all the time you need; an excellent coffee is worth waiting a few more minutes. When the coffee has completely risen in the collector, turn off the heat 4. Now the crucial moment: the taste. To enjoy at best of all the aromas that are released, we recommend drinking the coffee when it has just been poured into the cup.
