      • If the soup is too salty, peel the skin of a potato, cut it into two pieces and leave it in the pot, taking it out at the end of cooking. If you have no potatoes handy, you can use the peel of an apple. - If the mayonnaise that you have prepared should go flat, you can eliminate the lumps by beating an egg yolk with a little olive oil in a bowl, adding it very slowly, one tablespoon at a time, to the flat mayonnaise.

      • To keep egg whites mounted for a long time, before you whip them, add a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar.  

      • To clean the Moka, do not use detergents, only water. We suggest you also do not use scourers or abrasive products and avoid the washing it in the dishwasher.
